All PlumBotanica™ products are cosmetic items intended for external use only.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from the United States. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. PlumBotanica™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Final Sale & Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@plumbotanica.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PlumBotanica™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
